    11. We provide hosting through third-party infrastructure (iFastNet). By using our service, you also agree to comply with iFastNet’s Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any issues, downtime, or policy changes imposed by our upstream provider.

  11. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that we and our licensers retain ownership of all intellectual property rights of any kind related to the Service, including applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. WebDost also owns all rights to our logo and name (Collectively our “Marks”) within the Site and user hosted Content, and cannot be used without WebDost's express permission. Using WebDost’s Marks without explicit permission on our Site or on user generated content (Including our forum), is grounds for permanent termination of your WebDost account.

    Other product and company names that are mentioned on the Service may be trademarks of their respective owners. We reserve all rights that are not expressly granted to you under these Terms of Service.

  12. Privacy

    13. We respect your privacy.
    We collect minimal personal information necessary to provide our services and communicate with you. We will not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law.

  13. Acceptable server resources use

    14. Sites must not use excessive amounts of server resources. These include bandwidth, processor utilization and/or disk space.

    You acknowledge that WebDost may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, including without limitation the maximum number of days that idle hosting accounts, message board postings or other uploaded Content will be retained by the Service, the maximum number of email messages that may be sent from or received by an account on the Service, the maximum size of any email message that may be sent from or received by an account on the Service, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on WebDost’s servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the Service in a given period of time. You agree that WebDost has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages and other communications or other Content maintained or transmitted by the Service. You acknowledge that WebDost may, in its sole and absolute discretion, suspend or terminate your Account if we consider it to be inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that WebDost reserves the right to modify these general practices and limits from time to time.

  14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold WebDost and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.
